Brilliant service!
I had a blocked kitchen drain but I could not find the manhole! Drainmaster not only located the the manhole but they cleared it very quickly. Lots of grease! A good job well done within an hour.

I cannot speak too highly of Peter Green and his dedicated, knowledgeable, team at Drain Master. There are seven homes on our development all connected to a single Klargester waste processor. For many years we had our servicing done by another company who were usuriously expensive, uncaring and massively inefficient.
Luck brought Drain Master to our door, some seven years ago and we have enjoyed great, reasonably priced service ever since.
Nothing seems too much for the Drain Master team and prompt is the only word to use to describe their service. Our tank was flooded during last Tuesday nights rain storm but Neil was with us at 09:30 on the Wednesday morning and stayed for at least three hours, successfully sorting our problem out.
They are the best and we would recommend Drain Master without reservation.

True Professionals - Superb and Fast Service!
Had a problem with a Sequential Batch Reactor (Mini Sewerage) plant.
They sent a very professional Engineer that was able to diagnose the problem, identify the failed components within a pump, take the pump apart and replace the broken parts in situ, on a grass bank with light fading outside! Fixed the problem there and then on the spot, with spares carried on his van. Superb technical knowledge of the machinery he was working on and great customer service.
Rare these days to see someone that actually thoroughly understood the machinery he was working on and was able to fix it, rather than ‘have to replace the whole unit gov. and it’s going to cost you, in two or three weeks’ time when I can fit it in!’
In fact what these guys don’t know about drainage / sewerage isn’t worth knowing – truly professional, quick and efficient.
Recommend them to anyone – simply brilliant!
